Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data analysis and statistical techniques to inform and validate product development decisions
- Improving the user experience through user research, content creation, and UX improvements
- Take the lead on project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and stakeholders are kept in the loop
- Engage product testing efforts, acting as the end-user to identify areas for improvement and ensure the product meets high-quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (business and technical teams)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Python (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Solid organisational and project management skills, with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and best practices
